We are so thankful for the many men and women that have fought and given their lives for our great country. Freedom definitely does not come free, and we acknowledge that today.

We spent our day with our family. I shopped with my mom and sis this morning, then we supported our good friend Kevin McMurry in his campaign for Superior Court Judge by walking in the Senoia Memorial Day parade (VOTE MCMURRY!). After that we headed back home to cookout some tasty food on the grill for dinner; pork chops, my hubby’s famous diced, grilled potatoes, grilled zucchini and squash, creamed corn, and texas toast. For dessert? Red, white, and blue Jello, of course! That meal is what we call good ‘ol southern yum-o! I hope you are having a wonderful day with the ones you love most, as well!
