Even though I glazed over the holidays, I wanted to go back and remind you that our little Cole turn a year old the 30th of December. One year! How?
I can’t believe he’s already over a year old. But I also can barely remember our life as a family of three. He has made making the transition to a family of four so easy and wonderful for us that we can’t imagine our lives without him.
His party was similar to Jack’s in that only the grands and great-grands were invited. Keepin’ it simple, folks. Only the grands were able to come, but we had fun nevertheless.
We went with a Mickey Mouse theme. Surprise surprise, right?
We ate hot dogs…get it? “Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog!”
He was skeptical about the smash cake, but once he got a taste, he dug right in…unlike his older brother at that age.
Sugar comma? Haha!
We had a great time, and Cole did too, which is what matters most. I just love my little family. God gave me the coolest kids.
Happy Birthday, Cole Timothy! We love you so much; your sweet and timid spirit, your silly side that makes us literally laugh out loud, and even your little angry, squealing stubbornness. You are an added joy to our lives and we thank God for you everyday.
With love, Malorie
Wonderful party. We were so sorry that we did not make it. When I see all these wonderful picture, it makes me even sadder that we were not there and in the pictures. You appreciate all these pictures when you age. I love you, Elrod Family. You are great.
