Ten Cups of Coffee: 2 DAYS!

We’re getting down to the nitty-gritty; lots of last minute loose ends to tie up. Mainly, for me, cleaning.photo2Nothing worse than coming home from WDW, unless it’s coming home from WDW to a dirty house! I always make things squeaky clean before we leave so that the only thing I have to do when we get home is laundry. It helps with the post-Disney depression.

Here’s hoping this Peter Pan cup brings me lots of energy…because right now, I’m just not feeling it.

On another exciting note, today is the day we can start booking meals for our March trip! We are planning our next trip while preparing to leave for this one! Woo-hoo! The only restaurant on my list as of right now is The Wave. Gotta get my fork on some more of those amazing sweet potato pancakes!

Hey fellow Disney-goers, got any dining suggestions? Looking for a few more spots to make reservations. Shout out some of your favs.

With love, Malorie

  1. We really like the new Mexico restaurant by the lake at Ecpot. It might be to late for your little guys but ask and wait for a table by the window and stay for the fireworks. They dim the lighting and pipe in the music. It’s magical. Also the Coral Reef, get a table by the glass. Your kids will have fun matching the names of the creators in the aquarium to the pictures on the ID chart.
Our son Matthew, I believe Tim knows him, is about 2 hours from Disney. His girlfriend is going an internship at WDW, she is working at the big store at Downtown Disney. He is staying til Friday and we are driving up Thursday from our new place in Cape Coral to see them. We moved here from PTC in June. Thursday night we have a DVC reservation at Old Key West. As you know it’s the original DVC home and is lovely!!
Might see you around the World 🙂 Have fun and safe travels!!

    • Thanks for the suggestions, Bill! We love Coral Reef, and we have only ever eaten at La Hacienda de San Angel for their quick service lunch, so maybe we will make a dinner reservation there. Tim loooves Mexican food. Hope you have a great stay at OKW! We plan to stay there someday too! We ate at Olivia’s last Sept and really enjoyed it.

  2. I really enjoyed the Tuskerhouse in Animal Kingdom. We went for breakfast. It is a buffet style. Lots of favorites but also has different culture breakfast foods… The juice they give you is amazing!!!

  3. My family loves to eat at Sanaa. The food is really delicious and unique and we all love watching the animals out the window while we eat. It’s a fun place for lunch on Animal Kingdom day, because visiting Animal Kingdom Lodge is convenient and gives us a break during the hottest part of the day and then we can pop back over to Animal Kingdom until the park closes and enjoy the park as the crowds thin out.
